Thanks for the recommendations. I’ll be picking up Lost to the West and Queen Mother.

I’m also looking forward to The Simpsons: An Uncensored, Unauthorized History by John Ortved due out Oct. 13th and Sisters Who Would Be Queen by Leanda de Lisle, also due out Oct. 13th. It’s about the Grey sisters, as in Lady Jane Grey, the nine-day queen.

My favorite nonfiction author, Alison Weir, has a new book coming in Jan., Lady in the Tower about Anne Boleyn.

I love chatting with people in bookstores, but it doesn’t happen much. It’s a thrill when it does though.
